In addition Professor Deborah Blackman from the University of New South Wales will share her expertise in driving employee engagement and commitment.
The forum will explored:

- A model for advanced coaching that can substantially lift performance
- The reorientation needed to enable high performance across individual, group, organisation and system levels
Participants also heard from Commissioner for Public Sector Employment Erma Ranieri about how strong and robust performance conversations can transform teams.
Kristen Hansen is the founder of EnHansen Performance providing executive and leadership training utilising the latest neuroscience research. Following 20 years as a Sales Manager for major Australian companies, Kristen now develops executives from companies such as Google, Allianz, Westpac, ANZ Bank as well as from various state and local government organisations and international clients.
Professor Deborah Blackman
Deborah Blackman is a Professor in Public Sector Management Strategy and Deputy Director of the Public Service Research Group at the University of New South Wales, Canberra. She researches knowledge transfer in a range of applied, real world contexts. The common theme of her work is creating new organisational conversations in order to improve organisational effectiveness. This has included strengthening the performance management framework in the Australian Public Service; the role of social capital in long-term disaster recovery; and developing a new diagnostic model to support effective joined-up working in whole of government initiatives.
Commissioner Erma Ranieri
Appointed on 1 July 2014, Commissioner for Public Sector Employment Erma Ranieri works passionately towards creating a world-leading public sector that serves South Australians well, does what it says it will do, and to which every public servant is proud to belong. With the role of the public sector being to serve and support South Australia to thrive, Erma leads sector-wide reform to modernise the public sector and continue to build on its value and service to the South Australian community.
Erma has worked for more than 30 years to help organisations optimise productivity and employee wellbeing. She was named a 2014 Telstra Business Woman of the Year as SA Winner of the Telstra Community and Government Award for her role in leading transformational change throughout the public sector.
