Chantelle is responsible for managing the Professional Development and In-Agency programs, as well as the smooth running of the office infrastructure and facilities. Chantelle supports the Executive Director as a Deputy and monitors the daily operations of the business, and always shows enthusiasm and professionalism. She oversees the creation of budgets and financial reports, creates strategic goals and directs employees toward achieving IPAA SA’s vision and mission. Chantelle holds a Bachelor of Laws and has undertaken the AICD Company Directors Course. She is passionate about equity in the workplace and is always available to help her team member achieve their best.
