Six Sigma is a structured method for improving service quality by reducing variation and error in business processes. Lean focuses on removing waste, streamlining work and delivering value quickly and efficiently.

In this course, you will look at:

  • What is Lean Six Sigma and why it matters
  • The DMAIC framework (Define, Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control)
  • Process thinking – every service is a process
  • Process mapping
  • Cause and effect analysis
