  • Managing Information in Practice: Systems, storage, access, and lifecycle management of records and information.
  • Risk, Value and Classification: Understanding information value, applying classification, and managing access and risk.
  • Security Threats and Awareness: Recognising risks, red flags, and maintaining information safety in daily activities.
  • Ethical Use of Technology and AI: Using digital tools and AI responsibly within government requirements.
  • Legislation and Public Access: Key obligations including FOI and records management requirements.
  • Sustainable and Efficient Practices: Managing information effectively while supporting environmental goals.
  • Practical Application: Interactive exercises to apply concepts in real-world scenarios.
  • Embedding Good Practice: Tools, resources, and actions to support ongoing information security in your role.

Outcomes

Cristina has over 26 years delivery experience nationally and with international training in technology assurance and information security.  Cristina has multiple certifications in technology assurance (CISA, Lead Auditor ISO27001, CIA, CRMA, ITIL 4) a change practitioner (Prosci) and Certified as a Training and Evaluator (Kirkpatrick Bronze) for capability uplift.

She has presented at international events on information security practices and learnings. Cristina has lead state government information, records, cyber, assurance, governance and risk functions, with over 15 years’ experience in delivering on information management and security practices for the private sector. 

She has undertaken information security and management staff training across State Agencies 

Cristina is passionate about uplifting competencies within the public sector, ultimately to improve state citizens’ lives through supporting quality government outcomes.
