Step Inside the 2026–27 State Budget
An exclusive briefing with the Hon. Tom Koutsantonis MP

IPAA SA is delighted to welcome the Hon. Tom Koutsantonis MP, Treasurer of South Australia, for what’s always one of the most anticipated conversations on the calendar, the 2026–27 State Budget briefing.

In a session that goes beyond the headlines, the Treasurer will unpack the decisions shaping South Australia’s economic direction, what’s being prioritised, what’s changing, and what it all means in practice for the public sector and the broader community.

Joining him in conversation is Daniela Ritorto, whose sharp perspective and experience in economic and public policy will help draw out the thinking behind the budget in a way that’s both insightful and grounded. Expect a discussion that connects the numbers to real-world impact, not just what’s in the budget, but why it matters.

Whether you’re working in policy, delivery or strategy, this is a chance to better understand how the Government is positioning the state for the year ahead, and what that means for your work.

You’ll also have the chance to put your questions to the Treasurer in a live Q&A, making this a genuinely interactive and valuable experience.
