IPAA SA Annual General Meeting 2022

It’s that time of year again! Join us at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) to reflect, engage and connect with your professional association.

• Reflect on all we have achieved together over the past year. We exist to serve YOU (our members) and during this AGM we want to recognise your support of IPAA SA.
• Engage with exciting opportunities and initiatives coming up that you can get involved with as a member.
• Connect with fellow members who are just as passionate as you are. You will also be able to meet and greet many of our Divisional Council Members – who include key leaders from across the sector – such as our President, Erma Ranieri, Commissioner for Public Sector Employment, Office of the Commissioner for Public Sector Employment.

Is joining our Divisional Council your next career move?

At this AGM the Divisional Council will have one (1) member elected position available for nomination. If you are ready to get involved with the governance and direction of your professional association and to give something back, then we look forward to seeing your nomination to join our Divisional Council, which is comprised of esteemed and experienced members of the public service.

Nominations are invited from Personal Members using the form that is available here and must be received by COB 14 October 2022.

I have never been to an AGM before, what should I expect?

Our AGM is attended by Personal Members and non-members from all levels of the sector and beyond. During the networking portion, you will be able to meet fellow members, as well as your Divisional Council. You will be able to enjoy some delicious nibbles and refreshments while you network, after which we will sit down for the formal portion of the AGM where the Annual Report will be brought forward. If voting for member-nominated council positions is also required, you will be able to vote if you are a Personal member and have your say on this important appointment.

What if I am not yet a Personal Member of IPAA SA?
