Feeling stuck when it comes to your professional growth?

  • You’d like to take a more proactive approach to your career, but good intentions are consistently thwarted by an overflowing inbox, a never-ending To Do list and that daunting question: “Where would I even begin?”
  • You’re spending so much time and energy meeting other people’s needs and expectations that you rarely ask yourself, “What do I want from my professional growth and career?”
  • You know that self-doubt, uncertainty and/or fear sometimes hold you back, but aside from wishing you had more confidence, you have no clue what to do about it.

The Career Navigator Program is a learning experience that equips women with the practical, personal and political skills of professional success that most of us were never taught. It’s not solely about climbing the ladder (although if that’s your goal, Navigator will help), or changing your career path. It’s about equipping you with the tools, mindset and courage to increase your impact, own your contribution and find ongoing career fulfilment.

Program overview

The Career Navigator Program comprises three elements that together lead to positive, measurable change for both participants and their employers.

1. Live, 1.5-hour online preparation session

This session lays the foundations for the in-person workshop and provides detailed instructions on preparation activities, including:

  • A guided Self-Reflection exercise
  • Seeking feedback from trusted colleagues, associates, friends and/or family members

2. Two-day, in-person skills workshop

Two days of high-impact learning, exploration and skill development across four domains:

  • Building professional identity
Articulate strengths, skills and purpose, expand career confidence and courage, and understand workplace and gender dynamics.
  • Responding to stress and cultivating calm
Cultivate self-compassion, set and maintain boundaries, recover from setbacks and take action even when you feel fearful, awkward or uncertain.
  • Communicating with power, presence and purpose
Dial down self-doubt and cultivate a powerful professional presence with mind, body, language and voice.
  • Navigating team and organisational dynamics
Building influence, managing conflict effectively and developing a Career Support Crew.

3. Live, 1.5 Hour Online Implementation Session

To support implementation and ongoing learning, participants join a post-workshop implementation session that sets them up for ongoing success.
