The Mental Health and Wellbeing Check-In for the Public Sector Series will provide you with the tools and strategies to better support yourself, and your staff to feel ‘better now’ and overcome challenging situations.

Come and hear from Liana Busoli, an experienced psychotherapist, consultant and trainer, and gain valuable life skills to better understand your own neurobiology, to then better support others. Within this series there are three 60-minute interactive sessions, which will provide you with a variety of evidence-based examples and resources to take away with you.

During each session you will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to our facilitator, an experienced psychotherapist, consultant and trainer.  You will leave with a workbook containing templates to help you and a list of resources for extra support and information.

Series content

Session 1 | Ways to Feel Better, Now – (completed 10 March)

The last two years have brought mental health and wellbeing to the forefront with more of us looking for better ways of coping with ongoing stresses and uncertainty.

This 60-minute webinar will show you how to use knowledge of your own neurobiology to ‘hack’ your stress response and will teach you some evidence-based, practical things you can do to feel better right now.

Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to our facilitator, an experienced psychotherapist, consultant and trainer.  You will leave with a workbook containing templates to help you understand your individual stress response, some stress relief activities, and a list of resources for extra support and information.

Session 2 | Staff Mental Health – What You Need to Know – 21 April

How are you and your staff coping? Your staff are experiencing ongoing uncertainty, increased stress and unprecedented change but at the same time they are expected to perform. Your staff are your frontline workers – what do you need to do to support them?

Join this webinar to learn what you need to do to support your staff’s mental health. This webinar includes a Q & A session.

Session 3 | Helping the Helpers – 9 June

In times of increased stress and uncertainty, interactions with staff and stakeholders can become more challenging. Distress and overwhelm are common experiences right now which can lead to interactions that are more emotionally intense than they were in the past.

Do some conversations impact on your wellbeing after work? This webinar will give you evidence-based tools and strategies for dealing with challenging interactions and for taking care of your wellbeing afterwards.
