On 11 December, IPAA SA, in collaboration with the Adelaide Women’s Collective, launched a new conversation series focused on exploring the unspoken questions around leadership, confidence and career progression.

The first conversation in the series featured Erma Ranieri, Commissioner for Public Sector Employment, who shared thoughtful perspectives on leadership, resilience and empowerment.

Designed for senior and emerging female leaders across South Australia’s public sector, the series creates a space for open and honest discussion on building influence, navigating setbacks and leading with confidence in complex environments.

Each session will feature a senior State Government executive sharing candid reflections, practical insights and lessons learned throughout their leadership journey. Authentic dialogue is encouraged, ensuring no topic is off-limits.

We thank everyone who joined us for the launch of this engaging and impactful series.
