In times of increased stress and uncertainty, interactions with staff and stakeholders can become more challenging. Distress and overwhelm are common experiences right now which can lead to interactions that are more emotionally intense than they were in the past.
Do some conversations impact on your wellbeing after work? This webinar will give you evidence-based tools and strategies for dealing with challenging interactions and for taking care of your wellbeing afterwards.
You will have the opportunity to ask questions directly to our facilitator, an experienced psychotherapist, consultant and trainer. You will leave with a workbook containing templates to help you and a list of resources for extra support and information.
