Brenton Williamson

With over four decades of experience in public service, Brenton is a seasoned workplace consultant, coach, and mediator specializing in conflict resolution, organizational culture, and inclusive leadership. A retired Police Officer with 30 years of distinguished service, Brenton has held pivotal roles including Police Prosecutor and Officer in Charge of SAPOL’s Internal Dispute Section.
As the founder of South Australia Police's Diversity and Inclusion Branch, Brenton pioneered the development of policies and processes that address discrimination, racism, harassment, and bullying within the organization. Their innovative complaint handling framework remains in operation today, a testament to its effectiveness and impact.
A qualified mediator and trained counsellor, Brenton has led multidisciplinary teams of detectives and mediators, resolving complex internal matters with empathy and precision.
With 40 years of experience in public speaking and training, Brenton delivers transformative workshops across all levels, focusing on workplace behaviour, culture, and psychological safety.
