Workplace behaviour isn’t always clear-cut. What one person sees as harmless, another may experience as inappropriate or harmful.
This course helps you understand where the line lies and your role in creating a respectful, psychologically safe workplace.
You’ll explore real examples of workplace behaviour, unpack what’s acceptable and what’s not, and build confidence in recognising issues early.
